As the mother of 3 children all girls it is important to make things as fun as you can. Like fishing my youngest and oldest love it but my middle one is a bit different not to say she won't but she has to miss school or something like that to want to go.

I took my youngest (7) ice fishing one time and she is hooked all she wants to do is fish and she tells everyone how great fishing is. Sometime I will have her right a blog about it. Not only does she love fishing she loves eating what is caught also.

I just found out that there is a fishing club for children in my town so I ran down and signed up my youngest. Now that is all she has been asking about, she can not wait until it starts. I am going to be helping all the children there when it starts also. I really hope others help our young ones enjoy the outdoors. I have told all of my kids frineds if it is ok with there parents I would love to take them also.

It isn't just about the fish is the smell of the air, the sounds, and the amazing things you will see while out fishing. Just being out enjoying what we all have together is awesome. I go to be out if I get a fish that is a bonus.
