The house is a large three bedroom two bath, brand new house. Beautiful and only two blocks from the lake in Branson Missouri. I can send pictures and more specific details if you are interested in buying in with other fishermen. We share the expenses between us, which are very little. taxes and insurance would be split between all 10 of us each year making them very little. The same with the upkeep, etc. There is a management company on board who will book our time, as each owner would have one month a year for usage with two months left for extra booking, deep cleaning, etc. The management company takes care of the yard, maids, and other misc. It's an inexpensive way to own a house we could return to each year and cut the cost of hotel stays, food, etc. When you no longer use it you can rent your time or sell it to another fisherman who wants in. We have a couple of shares left if you are interested. Branson has both bass and trout with several big tournaments each years and because their winters are very mild, fishing year round.
